FleetCommand is operated by DestiCab cc ("we", "us"). DestiCab cc is the data controller for the personal data processed through the FleetCommand platform. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Account data: name, email address, login credentials, company/fleet name, country, and role (fleet owner or driver).
Driver data (provided by fleet owners or drivers): national ID number, driver's licence details and photos of licence/ID documents, and driver profile photos.
Operational data: shift records, odometer readings and photos, fuel and expense receipts (including AI-extracted values), maintenance logs, GPS/vehicle location data, and SOS alert coordinates.
Usage and device data: telemetry, device identifiers, IP address, and log data.
To create and manage accounts and provide the service — performance of a contract.
To operate fleet features such as reconciliation, maintenance alerts, and security/SOS notifications — performance of a contract.
For security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interests.
To improve the product and provide customer support — legitimate interests.
To meet legal obligations — legal obligation. Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, optional marketing).
Service providers / subprocessors that host and operate the platform (cloud hosting, database, storage, and AI processing providers).
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. After account termination you may request an export within 30 days.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and restricted access to stored documents via short-lived signed URLs.
Depending on your country's law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact DestiCab cc through the support channel in the app. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Your data may be processed in data centres outside your country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA or equivalent jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use marketing cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the app to function.
