Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or contact DestiCab cc support through the app and we'll help you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Command Centre → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. Paddle's refund handling applies in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
